Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) is an integrated approach to project delivery, wherein the contractor takes responsibility for the technical expertise and resources needed to manage a construction project from concept to completion. This includes providing design services, overseeing the purchase of necessary materials, coordinating contractors, making sure milestones are met on schedule and within budget, and ensuring that quality assurance protocols are met throughout all stages of construction.
