Welcome to the oboloo Affiliate Program. This Referral Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which approved affiliates (“Referrers”) may promote oboloo’s services and earn commission for introducing paying customers.
By registering for or participating in the oboloo Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms.
This Agreement governs the relationship between you (“Referrer”) and oboloo Limited (“oboloo”, “we”, or “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12420854). Under this Agreement, Referrers may earn commissions for referring new paying customers to oboloo using approved tracking methods.
Referrals must be submitted via the affiliate platform using your unique referral link or coupon code.
Referred Clients must:
- Be new to oboloo (not an existing lead, trial user, or customer)
- Sign up and become a paying customer
oboloo reserves the right to approve or reject any referral in its sole discretion. Self-referrals or referrals from affiliated business entities are prohibited.
Referrers earn recurring commissions for the lifetime of each active paying customer they introduce.
Commission Tiers
- Concurrent active customers are defined as referred clients with ongoing, paid subscriptions that are active at the same time.
- Tier status is evaluated monthly and applies to future commissions only.
- oboloo may downgrade tier status if concurrent active referrals fall below tier thresholds for more than 60 days.
Commissions are calculated on net revenue actually received by oboloo, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction fees.
Commission payouts are made 60 days after the end of the month in which the customer payment is received.
Payout methods include:
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
A minimum payout threshold may apply, as shown in your affiliate dashboard.
If a referred customer cancels, disputes payment, or receives a refund, oboloo may:
- Offset the refunded amount against future commissions, or
- Reclaim overpaid commission amounts from the Referrer
oboloo may pause commission payouts during active disputes.
Referrers must:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR and FTC Endorsement Guidelines
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in marketing materials
- Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or spam-based marketing
Violation of this section may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
You agree not to disclose non-public information about oboloo, its clients, or its systems without written consent from oboloo.
You may use oboloo’s name, logo, or brand assets only for promotional purposes and in accordance with oboloo’s brand guidelines. Participation in this program does not grant you ownership or rights to oboloo’s intellectual property.
You agree to indemnify oboloo from any loss, liability, or legal claims arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the affiliate program.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate participation with 30 days’ notice. oboloo may terminate immediately for breach, abuse, or reputational harm. Commissions earned from approved referrals prior to termination will still be paid in accordance with this Agreement.
oboloo reserves the right to review each Referrer’s participation annually, including referral quality, compliance, and overall performance. Based on this review, oboloo may propose updates to commission rates, tier eligibility, or other program terms. Continued participation following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
oboloo may also modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. Changes to this Agreement will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith. If unresolved, this Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Referred Client: A customer who signs up and subscribes using your unique affiliate link or coupon code, who was not previously known to oboloo.
- Active Customer: A Referred Client with a paid, non-cancelled subscription.
- Commission: The recurring percentage of net revenue received from each Active Customer.
- Affiliate Platform: The third-party system used by oboloo to manage affiliate tracking and payments.
You are acting as an independent contractor, not as an agent, employee, or partner of oboloo. You may not represent yourself as acting on behalf of oboloo or bind oboloo to any obligations.
oboloo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the commissions earned and unpaid at the time of the claim.
