Ts and Cs (Terms and Conditions)

Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) in procurement refer to a set of agreements between two parties outlining the legal obligations of each. They include things like payment terms, delivery timelines, ownership rights, liabilities and warranties, and any other essential details of the agreement. By signing and agreeing on these T&Cs, both parties are held accountable for meeting their contractual obligations and can hold each other liable if any of the conditions are not met.
