It involves utilizing each team’s strengths, and leveraging their collective knowledge, experience and insights, in order to achieve the desired outcome. By combining efforts and resources, multiple teams can create results that neither could do by themselves. Cross-Department Collaboration helps organizations be more efficient, as well as better solutions and products for customers.
