Distribution License Agreement

A Distribution License Agreement is a legally binding contract that grants a third party the exclusive right to distribute, sell, and promote the goods or services of a company. This agreement defines the terms of the distribution rights for the license holder, including the types of products that may be sold, the area in which the goods can be distributed, and any restrictions on how the goods can be marketed or advertised. By signing a Distribution License Agreement, both parties are agreeing to enter into an equal partnership based on mutual trust and understanding of their respective roles in the agreement.
