Full Custody Agreement

A Full Custody Agreement is a legal contract between two parties that outlines the reciprocal responsibilities and expectations for the care of a dependent. This agreement can be tailored to any situation – whether it’s parents sharing custody of their children or guardianship of an elderly loved one. In this document, the responsible party must agree to provide complete custody, maintenance, and support of the dependent, while also listing out details such as division of time spent with the dependent and expenses paid by each party. By signing a Full Custody Agreement, both parties are legally bound to the terms and will be held accountable should there be any violation.
