Program Managers have the unique task of overseeing every aspect of a program’s implementation and success. As such, they must possess a range of specialized skills and competencies in order to be successful. Chief among these are communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

They must also demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills in order to quickly identify issues and develop creative solutions.
