Contract Mediation
Contract mediation is a process where an impartial third party, the mediator, helps two parties in a contract dispute to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. The mediator does not make any decisions and does not take sides. Instead, the mediator facilitates communication between the parties and helps them to identify their interests and find common ground.
The mediation process is confidential, which means that anything said during mediation cannot be used as evidence in court. The mediator will help the parties to brainstorm creative solutions that address the needs of both sides.
The goal of contract mediation is to reach a resolution that is acceptable to both parties. Once an agreement is reached, it will be put into writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is then enforceable in court.
