Indirect Supplier Definition
An indirect supplier is a company that provides goods or services to another company, which in turn sells those goods or services to its customers. In other words, an indirect supplier is a supplier to a customer’s customer. An indirect supplier relationship may be created when a company outsources part of its production process to another company.
