Informal Leader Definition

Informal leaders are those who take on a leadership role within their group or organization without being formally appointed to do so. These individuals may step up in response to a need or opportunity, or they may simply be naturally inclined to lead. While informal leaders may not have the same authority or resources as formal leaders, they can still be highly effective in motivating and inspiring others.
