Checkpoint Reports Definition

A checkpoint report is a status update on the progress of a project. It is typically used to communicate to project stakeholders how the project is going and what work has been completed.

A checkpoint report should include:

– The status of the project (on track, behind schedule, etc.)

– An overview of work completed since the last checkpoint

– A list of upcoming tasks and milestones

– Any risks or issues that have arisen since the last checkpoint report

Checkpoint reports are usually created on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, etc.), but can also be created as needed.
