Initiation Process

Initiation Process is the formal procedure of initiating a project or activity by obtaining approval and other necessary internal and external resources. Initiation Process involves analyzing and understanding the factors that will be required to determine project success and bringing together the resources to put the results into action. It includes tasks such as developing a business case, establishing project guidelines, determining the scope and objectives, delegating roles and responsibilities, and creating a budget.
