Agility Definition
Agility is the quality of being able to move quickly and easily. It can also refer to the ability to change direction quickly. When applied to business, agility refers to an organization’s ability to rapidly respond to changes in the market or environment.
In order for a business to be agile, it must have systems, processes, and technologies in place that allow it to quickly adapt to new situations. Additionally, the organization must be able to make decisions quickly and efficiently. To be truly agile, an organization must be able to do all of these things while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
