Bidder 

A bidder is an organization or individual that submits a bid in response to a request for proposal (RFP). In the context of procurement, a bid is an offer to supply goods or services at a given price. The price may be fixed or variable, and may be inclusive of taxes, shipping, and other charges. Bidders are usually required to submit their bids by a certain deadline, after which the bids are opened and reviewed.
