Breach Of The Agreement
When one party to a contract fails to perform their obligations under the agreement, this is considered a breach of contract. Depending on the severity of the breach, this can result in financial damages or even termination of the contract. In some cases, a breach of contract may entitle the non-breaching party to seek legal remedy.
