Break A Contract Definition
When you break a contract, you’re basically saying that you’re no longer going to uphold your end of the agreement. This can be done for a number of reasons, but usually it’s because you feel like you’re not getting what you want out of the deal, or because the other party isn’t holding up their end.
Breaking a contract can have some serious consequences, so it’s not something that should be done lightly. If you do decide to break a contract, make sure you understand all of the possible repercussions before moving forward.
