Business Process Outsourcing

‘Business process outsourcing (BPO) is defined as a company providing services to another company that could be performed by in-house staff.

BPO is usually done by an offshore company, meaning the client company is in a different country than where the work is being performed. The most common type of BPO is customer service, but it can also include other types of work, such as human resources, accounting, and tech support.
