Clause Library
A clause library is a collection of commonly used legal clauses that can be easily accessed and reused in documents. This saves time and effort when drafting documents, as well as ensures that important clauses are not forgotten or omitted.Clause libraries can be either physical (e.g. a hard-copy book) or electronic (e.g. a software program). They may be specific to a certain area of law or jurisdiction, or they may be more general in nature. Some clause libraries also offer templates for common legal documents, which can be further customized to suit the needs of the user.
