Cloud Platform Definition
A cloud platform is a set of software and hardware tools that provide the foundation for building, deploying, and running applications in the cloud. The three major components of a cloud platform are:
-Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS): This layer provides the compute, storage, and networking resources that are needed to run applications in the cloud.
-Platform as a Service (PaaS): This layer provides a set of tools and services that enable developers to build, test, deploy, and manage applications in the cloud.
-Software as a Service (SaaS): This layer provides access to applications that are hosted in the cloud.
