Contract Breached

Contract Breached Definition

When one party to a contract fails to perform their obligations under the contract, they have breached the contract. This can happen if they fail to do what they agreed to do, or if they do something that goes against the terms of the contract. If a breach of contract occurs, the other party may be able to sue for damages.
