Contract Issue

A contract issue is a disagreement between two or more parties about the terms of a contract. The issue may be about the interpretation of the contract, performance of the contract, or breach of the contract. Contract issues can often be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. In some cases, however, they may need to be litigated in court.
