Contract Signature Page Definition
When you sign a contract, you’re agreeing to its terms. The signature page is where you’ll find the actual signatures of the parties involved in the agreement. This page is usually near the end of the document.
The signature page will also have space for the date and location of where the contract was signed. This is important information that will be used to determine when the agreement goes into effect.
If there are any witnesses to the signing of the contract, their names and addresses will also be listed on the signature page. And finally, any notary public who witnessed the signing will have their information included as well.
