Cycle Counting Process

Cycle Counting is a process within inventory management that allows for continuous monitoring of stock levels and accuracy. It works by identifying and counting a selection of inventory items in sequence, for example A-B-C, over a period of time. Measuring the stock level on a regular basis helps to ensure accurate records and helps to prevent discrepancies from occurring in the future. This process also helps to keep your data up-to-date and in sync with actual inventory levels, saving time and money further down the line. By implementing cycle counting into your business’ inventory system, you can rest assured that you have an accurate and reliable count of all your inventory items.
