When it comes to project management, “deliverables” are the tangible products and services that must be produced by a project team in order to meet their objectives. Deliverables can range from physical goods, reports, or solutions to a problem—they could even be communication of project status updates. In other words, deliverables are anything produced by a project team that meets its goals and provides value to the stakeholders involved. Project managers should always strive to make sure that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and above expectations.
