Dual Power Attorney

Dual Power Attorney

A dual power of attorney (POA) is a legal document that allows you to appoint two individuals as your agents or attorneys-in-fact. These individuals are authorized to act on your behalf and make decisions related to finances, medical care, and other legal matters. With this partnership in place, each attorney-in-fact can take individual action or act jointly with the other appointed agent. The dual POA gives you extra security knowing that both agents have been delegated authority and hold joint responsibility for your interests.
