Employee Life Cycle Stages are phases of the employment relationship that a company needs to take in order to produce an effective, engaged and productive workforce. These stages encompass the entire process of recruiting and selecting new employees, onboarding them, managing their performance and development and eventually transition them out of the organization. The goal of this cycle is to ensure that every step leads to happier, more productive and efficient employees who will stay with the organization for the long haul.
