Employment Termination Letters

Employment Termination Letters are formal documents issued to employees when their contracts of employment have been ended by the employer. The purpose of these letters is to provide written notification of the termination, the reasons for it, and any other relevant details such as personal belongings the employee may have left on the premises. Although they can be issued in a variety of tones, they must adhere to principles of fairness and professionalism to ensure that the employee’s rights are respected.
