Enter Into A Contract Definition

When two or more parties agree to certain terms in order to form a legally binding agreement, they have entered into a contract. The terms of the contract can be written, oral, or implied by the actions of the parties. In order for a contract to be enforceable, the parties must have an ‘meeting of the minds,’ or consensus, on those terms.
