External Customers
External customers are defined as anyone who interacts with a company but is not an employee, shareholder, or supplier of that company. This includes but is not limited to:
-People who buy the company’s products or services
-People who use the company’s products or services
-People who are affected by the company’s activities (e.g. employees of a competitor)
External customers play a vital role in the success of a business and should be treated with the utmost respect. Companies should always be looking for ways to improve the experience of their external customers and make sure their needs are being met.
