Financial Cash Flow

Financial Cash Flow is the flow of money within a business over a period of time. It is measured by tracking the net effect of cash inflows and outflows in an organization. In other words, it is the difference between incoming funds and outgoing expenditures during an accounting period. Financial Cash Flow allows businesses to assess their liquidity, understand how profitable they are, and make decisions about both short-term and long-term investments.
