Flexible Working

Flexible Working Definition

There is no one-size-fits-all definition of flexible working, as the term can mean different things to different people. However, in general, flexible working refers to any working arrangement that deviates from the traditional 9-5, Monday to Friday work week. This could include working from home, working part-time hours, or having a more flexible start and finish time. Flexible working can also refer to job sharing and compressed hours arrangements.
