General Conditions Of Contract

A General Conditions of Contract, or GCC, is a standardized contract used in construction projects. The GCC sets out the general terms and conditions under which the project will be delivered, including things like payment terms, liability, and dispute resolution.

The GCC is usually prepared by the contractor and then submitted to the owner for approval. Once the owner approves the GCC, it becomes a binding agreement between the two parties.
