Goal

Goal Definition

The first step in setting a goal is to define what you want to achieve. Without a clear goal, it will be difficult to measure your progress and know when you have reached your target.

When defining your goal, be as specific as possible. Consider what you want to accomplish, by when you want to achieve it, and why it is important to you. Writing down your goal will also help to make it more concrete and real.

Once you have defined your goal, break it down into smaller, more manageable steps. This will help you create a plan of action and make the process of reaching your goal less daunting. Remember to be realistic in setting both your overall goal and your smaller steps- if a goal is too large or unrealistic, you are likely to become discouraged and give up before reaching it.
