Influence Definition
When most people think of influence, they think of someone in a position of power or authority. However, influence is not just about having power or authority. It’s also about being able to persuade or convince others to do something.
There are many ways to influence others. Some people use their charm and charisma to persuade others. Others use their knowledge and expertise to convince others. And still others use their position of power or authority to get others to do what they want.
Whatever the method, the goal is always the same: to get someone else to do something that you want them to do.
