Innovation Council Definition

An innovation council is a group of individuals tasked with promoting creativity and new ideas within an organization. The council may also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to encourage innovation, as well as evaluating new products or services. Innovation councils are often composed of employees from different departments within a company, in order to promote cross-functional collaboration.
