Intention Of The Breaching Party

Intention Of The Breaching Party Definition

The breaching party is the party who commits the breach of contract. The intention of the breaching party is to not perform their obligations under the contract. This may be because they never intended to perform their obligations in the first place, or because they have decided to stop performing their obligations. The breaching party may also have a different reason for breaching the contract, such as wanting to renegotiate the terms of the contract.
