Msa Master Service Agreement

Msa Master Service Agreement Definition

An MSA is a Master Service Agreement. It’s a contract between two companies that establishes the general terms and conditions under which they will do business. The MSA sets forth the rights and responsibilities of each company, and establishes the procedures for how they will work together. It’s important to have an MSA in place before starting any business relationship, so that both parties know what to expect from each other.
