Ojeu

An ojeu is a European Union term for a public sector procurement above certain thresholds. The thresholds are:

* Services: €140,000

* Supplies and works: €221,000

When the value of a contract reaches or exceeds these amounts, the relevant EU rules must be followed. This includes advertising the contract in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
