Procurement System
Procurement systems are defined as the set of processes and activities that an organization undertakes to acquire goods and services. The main purpose of procurement is to ensure that the organization gets the best value for its money. Procurement systems usually involve three key players:
-The buyer: The organization that wants to acquire goods or services.
-The seller: The individual or organization that provides the goods or services.
-The intermediaries: Organizations or individuals that facilitate the transaction between the buyer and seller.
