A punch out catalog is an electronic catalog that is used to procure goods and services from approved suppliers. The punch out catalog allows the buyer to select items from the supplier’s website and “punch out” to the supplier’s site to complete the purchase. Punch out catalogs are typically used for indirect purchases, such as office supplies, that are not mission-critical.
