Qualified Bid

A qualified bid is a proposal to provide goods or services that meets the minimum requirements specified in the request for proposal (RFP). The RFP may require bidders to meet certain qualifications, such as having a certain amount of experience, holding a certain type of license, or being able to provide a bond. Bids that do not meet the qualifications specified in the RFP are typically rejected.
