Run To Breakdown (Rtb) Definition

Run to breakdown (RTB) is a term used in electronic design, particularly in the area of integrated circuits. It refers to the process of running a circuit until it fails due to some form of electrical stress. This is done in order to determine the cause of the failure and to find ways to prevent it from happening again. RTB can also be used as a debugging tool to identify problems in a circuit.
