S2C Definition

The term ‘S2C’ stands for ‘Second Chance.’ The S2C program is designed to provide individuals with a second chance at life by offering them an opportunity to earn their GED and/or high school diploma. The program also provides individuals with the necessary resources to obtain employment and become productive members of society.
