‘What are your strengths?’
This is a question you may have been asked in a job interview, or by a friend or family member. And it can be a tough question to answer! After all, how are you supposed to know what your strengths are?
Well, luckily, there’s a strengths definition that can help you out. Strengths are defined as ‘the qualities of an individual that enable them to perform better than others in the same situation.’ In other words, your strengths are the things that you’re good at and that help you succeed.
Knowing your strengths can be incredibly useful in many areas of your life.
