Structured Data

Structured data is information organized in a way that enables it to be easily accessed and interpreted. It follows an established format—like a spreadsheet, table, or graph—which makes it easier to search, query, transform, and manage. For example, a database of customer records would likely have fields for each customer’s name, address, and phone number. This structure allows us to quickly answer questions such as “how many customers do we have in California?” or “which customers haven’t paid their bills?” Structured data is the key ingredient behind the technologies and insights we rely upon every day — from e-commerce websites to financial forecasting to artificial intelligence. So, let’s get organized: structured data is how businesses can create meaningful change and unlock real value.
