Supplier Quality Performance Metrics

Supplier Quality Performance Metrics are a set of measures used to assess the quality of services and products supplied by vendors or suppliers. These metrics focus on the evaluation of performance in terms of cost, delivery and output, as well as other customer-specific criteria. The goal is to continually monitor supplier performance in order to improve quality, reduce production costs and strengthen vendor relationships. Examples of Supplier Quality Performance Metrics include: On-Time Delivery (OTD), Cost Reduction, Warranty Returns, lead times, Non-conformances and Supply Chain Visibility.
