System Definition

A system is a set of components that work together to achieve a common goal. The term can refer to anything from a tiny electronic device to a vast network of computers. In general, a system has three main parts: input, output, and feedback.

Input is the information or energy that is fed into the system. Output is the result of the system’s processing of the input. Feedback is information about the output that is used to regulate or control the system.
