Wet Copy Definition

The term ‘wet copy’ is most commonly used in the printing and publishing industry to refer to a hard copy or paper version of a document that has been created using a computer.

A wet copy can also be used to describe a physical copy of a document that has been created by hand, such as a handwritten letter or memo. In this case, the term ‘wet copy’ is used to contrast the physical document with its digital counterpart.
