Wet Signature Law

Wet signature law is the legal principle in which a signature on a document has to be made using ink and placed by hand. This type of signature shows that the signer is cognizant and Authorized. Applying wet signatures is one of the oldest accepted authentication methods, providing assurance to all parties involved that they can trust the authenticity of the document. It also offers tangible evidence in case of dispute or violation. Wet signature law is particularly important when dealing with agreements involving large sums of money and high risk activities, as it provides an extra layer of security and legitimacy.
