Work Packages

Work packages are the smallest unit of work in a project. They are typically defined by the project manager and assigned to a specific team member or group of team members. Work packages should be small enough to be completed within a short time frame, but large enough to be considered a significant piece of work.

A work package should include all of the information necessary for a team member to complete their assigned work. This includes:

-A clear description of the work to be done

-Any necessary resources (e.g., files, links, etc.)

-An estimated completion time

-Any dependencies on other work packages
